Objects in Mid-Air Ending Freeze Frame List

This idea has been mentioned before:  it's where the last frame of the episode is a freeze of something tossed or thrown by McGarrett.  

1. The Double Wall - McGarrett tosses a couple of cartridges from the shotgun Kellum had been holding on the prison doctor.

2. The Jinn Who Clears the Way - Wo Fat's passport is thrown, well, slammed on the desk.

3. A Hawaiian Nightmare - the garage door opener.

4. Steal Now, Pay Later - McGarrett tosses a tape recorder at Colby.

5. Wooden Model of a Rat - the wooden model of a rat.

6.  Love Thy Neighbor, Take His Wife - McGarrett heaves a briefcase containing ransom money.

7. Target - A Cop - the rabbits foot he's been given by an HPD cop.

8.  Bird in a Hand - the solid gold "pineapple" ring.

9.  Dan Enjo from Vancouver added this one:  At the end of Journey Out of Limbo, McGarrett finds the cigarette case that started the boat full of TNT and dummies using a solenoid circuit (the metal strips were pressed together).  The final frames are of McGarrett separating the metal strips and letting the cigarettes fall into the wind!

10.  Also from Dan - in Wooden Model of a Rat, McGarrett picks up the netsuke and throws it up in the air while looking at it - right after he nails Ed Asner!!
